Panicking President Stanley in Hazmat Suit Shuts Down Union

Earlier today Stony Brook University gave an unexpected farewell to the beloved Student Union building. While it has been rumored that the building was to be condemned for some time, students, faculty and staff were shocked to see President Stanley wearing biohazard protection gear stumbling out of the building only to chain and weld the doors shut.
President Stanley Gave a quick and impromptu press conference where he barely managed to gasp out, "Everyone stay calm, we have the situation under control, it is just that a little bit of asbestos was discovered in the lower levels of the lab complex-IMEAN Undergraduate Club rooms."
Construction, renovation and demolition was started quickly to provide the students with a new and better facility as soon as possible, though some students were off put by the noise of equipment and work crews which they claimed sounded like inhman screams.
